You can always email us at info@polish.amsterdam. We are happy to help you with all your questions about the jewelry, your order, shipping and returns and any other questions. Expect a response within 24-72 hours from our representatives. Our representatives are available Monday-Friday.

Would you like to return your order for a refund or replacement? That’s not a problem. We have an easy return policy. Just email us at info@polish.amsterdam with your order number, item(s) to return and reason for returning & we will set up a return for you. Any returning-costs are the customer's own responsibility. You can return the jewelry up to 15 calendar days after receiving your order. You can only return the item if the item is undamaged and unworn. Earrings can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
Shipping costs are calculated for every order at the check-out. Free shipping on NL/BE orders above €49. For EU it's €59.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information to follow your order to its destination.
In case your order hasn’t been processed yet, it is possible to change or cancel your order. However, from the moment your order has been processed it is not possible to change or cancel your order.
All orders made during sale are final and are therefore not possible to be returned.
